Melvin Stone is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Aggregate Plant Foreman to lead and manage our team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Responsibilities
As the Aggregate Plant Foreman, you will be responsible for the safe / efficient management and production of our surface mining operation. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of day-to-day operations, driving continuous improvement, and maximizing productivity.
You will oversee a team of employees and work closely with senior management to meet production goals while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and employee development.

Aggregate Hourly Plant Foreman Qualifications:

Experience in aggregate production or surface mining operations.
•
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a mining or production environment is preferred.
