Melvin Stone is currently seeking self-motivated and dependable full-time Aggregate Maintenance/Operators. As a Maintenance/Operator, you will regularly be maintaining/fixing equipment, operating the aggregate plant, and operating a front-end loader (once trained). Aggregate Maintenance/ Operators work in a fast-paced environment and are provided with a variety of challenges. We are proud to use modern and well-maintained equipment.

Being able to think and act on your own is very important for this role."
Core Competency Areas & Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation & Production Support
Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently to feed material into the aggregate processing plant.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
Heavy Equipment Operation: Experience operating front-end loaders or similar equipment.
Welding & Fabrication: Basic to intermediate welding and fabrication experience.
