About the role
As a Marketing Associate supporting Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) business, you’ll play a hands‑on role in advancing life‑saving therapies and shaping how DVT patients are treated across hospitals nationwide. This opportunity sits within a fast‑growing, highly visible franchise where marketing, sales, and clinical strategy intersect to drive real patient impact.
In this role, you may support either downstream product marketing for an established market‑leading device or market development initiatives focused on patient pathways and hospital education. Both paths offer exposure to high‑impact work, close partnership with experienced marketers and sales teams, and the chance to contribute to initiatives that directly influence patient care.
This role is on-site in Irvine, CA. Candidates are expected to be on-site in office 4 days per week, with work from home option on Fridays.
What You Will Do
•
Support downstream marketing efforts across Stryker’s Deep Vein Thrombosis franchise, including both product marketing and market development initiatives
•
Assist with execution of trade shows, medical education programs, customer engagements, and other field‑based marketing activities
•
Help develop educational materials related to DVT disease awareness, patient pathways, and treatment approaches
•
Translate clinical studies, product data, and market insights into clear, repeatable messaging and marketing materials
•
Partner with sales teams through ride‑alongs, meetings, and collaboration to understand customer needs and hospital workflows
•
Support creation and organization of sales enablement tools that drive education and system‑level change within hospitals
•
Assist with Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales insight gathering through calls, meetings, events, and field observations
•
Help coordinate marketing projects and pilot initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, feedback, and learnings
•
Organize and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and documentation to ensure ease of access and alignment
•
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Clinical teams, and external partners on strategic initiatives
•
