About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity and reliability of data across the ProCare business. Your work will help support informed decision-making by maintaining high-quality data, identifying inconsistencies, and implementing corrective actions where required.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
•
Monitor, maintain and improve data quality across multiple business databases and systems.
•
Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, inaccuracies and integrity issues.
•
Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to ensure data remains accurate and up to date.
•
Analyse trends and report on data quality metrics and findings.
•
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data standards and governance requirements are met.
•
Support the deployment and maintenance of business-critical data used throughout the organisation.
•
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
•
Assist with data cleansing, validation and migration activities as required.
