About the Role
You’ll work as a Physical Therapist in a true 1:1 outpatient sports and orthopedic setting in Gig Harbor, treating patients from evaluation through return to performance. What You’ll Do

Deliver true 1:1 patient care with no PTAs and no double-booking

Evaluate, treat, and progress patients through sports and orthopedic rehabilitation

Design and implement strength-based rehab and return-to-performance programs
•
Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, chiropractors, and sports medicine providers
•
Participate in structured mentorship, case review, and ongoing clinical development
•
Document efficiently using modern systems that support high-quality care
Qualifications
•
Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Washington State
•
