Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Intellectual Property Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Offering strategic guidance and expertise in the analysis of the generic market, including market entry strategies and competitive intelligence.
•
Providing regulatory intelligence to support decision-making processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IP considerations into business strategies.
•
Advising on R&D initiatives, including patent landscape analysis and potential risks.
•
Identify, screen, and assess IP arising from research activities. Support due diligence activities and contribute to IP research.
•
Support in handling the patent portfolio, including case analysis, preparation, prosecution, and post-grant activities.
•
Assess intellectual property risks and opportunities to support business strategies and strengthen our competitive edge in global markets.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemical Engineering; postgraduate degree in IP is a plus.
