We’re looking for a Senior Product Consultant to be at the front end of brainstorming and ideating with our customers. You will be the person who turns client problems into workable solutions. You’ll engage directly with clients to understand their operational challenges, rapidly concept and build working prototypes, and develop opportunities from an initial lead into a validated solution ready to move toward MVP production. Equally important, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients -bringing AI expertise into every conversation, helping teams see what’s possible, and guiding them to get more value from the tools they already have access to (e.g., Microsoft Copilot). The goal is not to build new products for every problem, but to recommend the right approach, whether that means improving how an existing tool is used, delivering a focused AI-enabled service, or validating a new product opportunity. This role is consulting-first: you’ll spend your time with clients, shaping problems and proving out solutions, while our product and delivery teams take validated concepts through to production. This role will be a mix of pre-sales, consulting, and product management. You will need to be able to operate at all levels from strategy to execution to be successful in this role.
