Job Summary
Aprio is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Advisory team, connecting high-performing accounting and finance professionals with outstanding organizations across the United States.
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle recruiting process — from strategic sourcing and candidate engagement to placement — while serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. You will apply your expertise in talent acquisition and market knowledge to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and build lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities
•
Strategically identify, target, and pre-screen candidates for client opportunities across practices nationally
•
Utilize modern sourcing methods and platforms to find and engage both active and passive top talent
•
Partner with account managers and team members to understand client hiring needs and develop effective talent strategies
•
Manage the full candidate experience, including outreach, qualification, candidate submissions, interview coordination, feedback collection, and ongoing status communication
•
Execute full lifecycle recruiting with an emphasis on accounting and finance placements
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, positioning yourself as a trusted talent advisor
•
Leverage market insights and sourcing data to continuously refine pipelines and improve placement outcomes
