Role Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate – Tech Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end technology hiring, with a strong focus on sourcing, bulk hiring, hiring drives, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across multiple levels and functions.
•
Drive bulk hiring for tech positions while ensuring quality and turnaround timelines.
•
Own strong candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
•
Conduct proactive sourcing and build a strong pipeline of tech talent across various skill sets.
•
Plan and execute walk-in/virtual hiring drives and other volume-hiring initiatives.
•
Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines.
•
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of mandates.
•
Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and drive the process through offer and joining.
•
Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
•
Track hiring metrics, pipeline status, closures, and other recruitment MIS.
•
Work closely with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.
•
Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong exposure to Technology hiring.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end tech recruitment.
•
Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate pipeline building.
•
Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring for technology roles.
•
Experience in planning and managing hiring drives.
•
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business teams.
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight hiring timelines.
•
Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Nice to have
•
Experience working in a fast-paced technology, fintech, internet, or startup environment would be preferred.
