Manage and execute SEO & GEO strategies for all brands, including but not limited to:

Keyword research
•
Content planning
•
On-page and off-page optimization
•
Enhance brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms (e.g., Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search).
•
Act as the main liaison between in-house marketing teams and the SEO agency to ensure alignment and effective execution of SEO strategies.
•
Monitor, measure, and report performance, leveraging new AI tools and refining strategies to stay ahead of emerging digital trends.
•
Perform all other related functions as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
•
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
•
At least 3 years of experience in SEO (beauty or lifestyle industry preferred), with at least 1–2 years working on or experimenting with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AI-Powered Search).
•
Proficiency with SEO and AI tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AI Overview, and ChatGPT.
•
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with an eye for content quality and visual aesthetics aligned with beauty brand standardization.
•
Passion for digital marketing and a strong technical background in SEO.
