We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Business Analyst who can derive actionable insights to support business growth, product strategy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision making.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business opportunities, and performance gaps.
● Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance trackers using Power BI.
● Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
● Partner with business, product, marketing, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
● Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
● Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
● Present insights and findings to leadership teams in a clear and structured manner.
Requirements
Requirements:
● 2–5 years of experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics.
● Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI is mandatory.
● Good understanding of data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding.
● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Experience working with large datasets and deriving business insights.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Prior experience in fintech, consumer internet, or digital businesses will be preferred.
Nice to have
Preferred Skills:
● Knowledge of Excel, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus.
● Exposure to product analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, or performance marketing analytics would be an advantage.
