KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide and supervise a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of software solutions
•
Drive the technical direction and ensure the successful execution of projects
•
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth
•
Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to comprehend requirements and translate them into software solutions
•
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development
•
Report key KPIs to upper management
