About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Assistant General Manager โ Operations to oversee and drive operational excellence across interior design and interior architecture projects. The role combines operations management, project coordination, client servicing, execution oversight, and process improvement to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to consistently high standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing design and project operations, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and translating project requirements into structured execution plans. You will play a key role in connecting design, execution, procurement, vendors, and clients while ensuring operational priorities remain aligned with business objectives.

Lead day-to-day operations for interior design and interior architecture projects across assigned locations.

Develop and implement operational plans aligned with project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.

Coordinate with design, architecture, project management, procurement, execution, and support teams.

Monitor project progress, identify operational bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Manage coordination with contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and other external partners.

Ensure design concepts and architectural requirements are translated effectively into execution plans.

Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.

Support effective resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.

Monitor project quality, execution standards, and adherence to approved designs and specifications.

Work closely with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials, products, and services.

Manage client communication and support resolution of project-related operational concerns.
