Growth and Market Development
· Define and execute the growth strategy for the Cloud Security practice.
· Build a qualified pipeline that supports bookings, revenue, margin, and pull-through objectives.
· Develop trusted relationships with Microsoft, Cognizant, strategic clients, and executive stakeholders.
· Lead executive discussions with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and infrastructure leaders on cloud security strategy and transformation.
· Position Cloud Security as a foundational capability supporting enterprise cloud, AI, data, and application modernization initiatives.
Offering and Solution Leadership
· Develop and evolve a portfolio of repeatable Cloud Security offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and reference architectures.
· Lead complex solutioning efforts, including discovery, architecture, estimation, proposals, pricing, and executive presentations.
· Ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, appropriately governed, and aligned with client outcomes.
· Translate Microsoft roadmap investments, emerging technologies, and market trends into new services and growth opportunities.
Delivery and Client Success
· Provide executive oversight for strategic and high-risk engagements.
· Establish standards for architecture governance, delivery quality, security, resiliency, compliance, and operational readiness.
· Partner with delivery leadership to ensure projects achieve client outcomes, financial objectives, and contractual commitments.
· Capture reusable delivery assets, reference architectures, and client success stories that improve future engagements.
Practice and Talent Leadership
· Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of architects, consultants, engineers, and technical leaders.
· Define organizational structure, competencies, career paths, and succession plans.
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and client-centric consulting.
· Partner across all 3Cloud service lines to deliver integrated client solutions and eliminate siloed capabilities.
· Balance onshore, offshore, partner, and managed delivery capacity to support scalable growth.
Financial and Operational Accountability
· Own pipeline, bookings, revenue, gross margin, utilization, and capability performance.
· Develop annual operating plans, investment priorities, hiring strategies, and capacity forecasts.
· Monitor business performance, market demand, offering profitability, and delivery health.
· Provide executive reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
