Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience, including demonstrated experience leading acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development transactions. Ability to draft, negotiating and close complex contracts is essential. Additionally, the ability to review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and related due diligence materials, and provide practical feedback and issue-spotting is critical. Working knowledge of zoning and land use matters, including the ability to identify potential zoning issues and coordinate with consultants as needed. In this role, the candidate will have direct client contact and be responsible for managing matters with limited supervision. Experience working with institutional clients and coordinating deal teams is required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a first-chair attorney, taking on increasing responsibility for managing transactions, leading client relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. The Firm is committed to providing the mentorship, training, and hands-on experience necessary to support that professional growth.
