About the role
Join our small and talented team as one of our early engineers. You’ll own key systems at the intersection of geometry, optimization, and MEP; shaping architecture and engineering practices as we scale. What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in modern C++ developing complex systems, with strong proficiency in TypeScript.
•
Skills within backend architecture, system design, memory management, and interoperability between C++ and TypeScript.
•
Experience with cloud infrastructure, API design, CAD/BIM is considered a plus.
•
Demonstrates a mindset characterized by ownership, efficiency, and clear communication.
•
Strives to maintain a balance between technical excellence and pragmatism, selecting solutions that effectively address current problems without introducing unnecessary complexity.
•
Fluent in English.
What you’ll do
•
Develop and maintain high-performance C++ core services and TypeScript integrations.
•
Extend and refine the geometric foundation that our entire platform is built on.
•
Architect the foundational framework supporting our generative workflows.
•
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and efficiency throughout our hybrid technology stack.
•
Collaborate with Optimization and Product teams to integrate new capabilities.
•
Contribute to the establishment of code standards, testing protocols, and the enhancement of the developer experience.
Our current tech stack
•
Core Logic (C++23): A high-performance, modern C++23 codebase developed from scratch. It underpins our system with geometric primitives, advanced optimization algorithms, and the core business logic essential for our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) decision-making and validation frameworks.
•
Backend Services (TypeScript/GCP): A lightweight asynchronous TypeScript API deployed on GCP. It manages database interactions (Postgres), generates required reports, and interfaces with our high-speed C++ Core library.
•
Frontend Interface (Svelte/TypeScript/WebAssembly): A compact, high-performance CAD application delivered directly in the user’s browser. It is built using Svelte, extensive custom TypeScript, and WebAssembly components, ensuring a minimal, clean, and highly responsive user experience.
