About Endra
Every building is designed twice. The architect shapes what you see. MEP engineers design everything that makes it work: the power, air and water behind every hospital, data centre and home. It’s a $150 billion industry still run on manual work and decades-old tools, and it’s running out of engineers just as the world needs more buildings than ever.
We’re building the platform that changes that. Endra’s takes over the repetitive work so engineers can do what they’re trained for: judgment and design. Some of the world’s most respected engineering firms, including AtkinsRéalis, Ramboll, Buro Happold, Hoare Lea, Tetra Tech, AFRY and Rejlers, already build with us.
Since 2024, we’ve raised $75 million from Andreessen Horowitz, Notion Capital and Norrsken VC, and grown into a team across Stockholm, Zurich, London, New York and San Francisco. We’re early, moving fast and setting out to change how the world’s buildings get designed.
We’re looking for people who care deeply about their craft, take ownership of complex problems, push us to think bigger, and are driven to create something with lasting impact.
About the role
As an early member of our go-to-market team, you’ll build our enterprise pipeline from the ground up and help shape our strategy from day one. You’ll lead demos, win over the people who decide, and close strategic accounts with leading engineering firms.
This is your chance to take full ownership of our pipeline and help build a top-notch sales function, with a big impact, plenty of autonomy and a game-changing product to bring to market.
What you’ll do
•
Build and grow an enterprise sales pipeline across your region.
•
Own your deals from first meeting to signed contract.
•
Engage key stakeholders and decision-makers throughout customer organizations.
•
Lead product demos and show the market why Endra exists and the value we bring.
•
Identify internal champions at each account and help them succeed.
•
Build and deepen relationships with the largest engineering firms in your market.
Who you are
•
You have 2–5 years of B2B software sales experience at a high-growth startup.
•
You’re structured and thorough. You run a disciplined process, but you can read the room and adapt.
•
You build trust. Buyers see you as an advisor, not a vendor.
•
You bring energy and drive, and you want to win, as a team.
•
You take ownership, think from first principles and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
•
An MBA or a consulting background is a plus.

What We Offer

Competitive salary and equity.

Employee-friendly equity terms.
•
Private health insurance.
•
Regular team events and off-sites.
