Responsibilities
•
Oversee and manage Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and sorting center operations to ensure compliance with company standards and performance metrics.
•
Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards, including regular safety drills and compliance audits.
•
Maintain accurate records of warehouse operations and generate periodic reports on operational performance and compliance.
•
Develop, implement, and continuously monitor quality control and quality assurance processes.
•
Analyze operational performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimization across all processes.
•
Coordinate cross-border logistics between China and international markets to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
•
Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and delivery operations.
•
Lead daily operational meetings and conduct team performance evaluations.
•
Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with DSP partners.
•
Design and implement training programs to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
•
Oversee regional fleet operations, including task allocation, cost efficiency, and vehicle utilization optimization.
•
Manage both in-house and outsourced fleet resources to maximize capacity and efficiency.
•
Continuously optimize pickup models, logistics processes, and resource planning strategies.
•
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and aligned operations.
•
Handle daily operational issues and respond quickly to emergencies or unexpected situations.
