Essential Functions:
•
Support in all commercial discussions with suppliers that collaborate with MBUSI
•
General support in activities related to purchasing department, including future sourcing projects and cross functional meeting coordination
•
Verify data accuracy from suppliers for the processing of claims; Provide appropiate feedback to suppliers
•
Analyze supplier claims and help plausibilize costs (under general supervision)
•
Organize and support team meetings and communications
•
Lead responsibility from purchasing department for managing waste reduction project; Work cross functionally across MBUSI to implement and scale process
Other Regular Daily Tasks:
•
Preparation of reports and presentations for management
•
Participate in various negotiations with suppliers
•
Support in other purchasing tasks
Create tracking systems for AGV monitoring - try to improve the Visual Management System of the Autotated Guided Vehicle(AGV’s).Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.
Education:
Student in: Finance/Controlling, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
