Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Scalepex, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of digital products that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineering, design, operations, and client stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery in a fully remote and agile environment.
Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities based on company strategy and client needs.

Gather and analyze data to identify customer problems and opportunities for product improvement.
•
Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
•
Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
•
Manage product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
•
Prioritize backlog items using data-driven decision-making and stakeholder input.
•
Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, updates, and risks.
•
Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations.
