About the role
As part of the digital transformation journey, Hellmann has chosen Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O as the new finance application to be implemented globally. We are looking for new blood to strengthen the project team.
As part of the digital transformation journey, Hellmann has chosen Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O as the new finance application to be implemented globally. We are looking for new blood to strengthen the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
•
Work together with a team of Application Consultants, Analysts, Administrators, Testers and Trainers to implement Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) financial modules in Hellmann globally.
•
Contribute to the design of the functional architecture of Dynamics 365 F&O according to the requirement from Hellmann Finance Team.
•
Coordinate with Hellmann internal IT team and external integrator team to deliver the configuration, documentation, system integration and new development in timely manner.
•
Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
•
Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.
•
Propose, design, and deliver further process, technology, and automation improvement solutions to the Hellmann Finance Team.
Educational Background / Work Experience:
•
IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering graduate or equivalent
•
At least 3 years of ERP business analysis experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, earlier versions of Dynamics AX or similar ERP applications (relevant certifications an advantage)
•
Experience on large international end-to-end ERP implementations – preferably with intercontinental rollouts
•
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
•
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
•
Open minded and innovative
