Adhering continuous improvement procedure through best practice to increase competence level of ocean/air freight related process to achieve performance, quality, compliance and service level growth
Becomes relatively conversant in the regulations, cultures and laws of those designated countries served
Be aware and practice specific duties in relation to the legal [import/export] movement of all hazardous goods
Support country on system roll out
Assist implementation of new customers, review SOP and provide pro-active feedback
Issue internal / external invoices according to agreed rates and services provided
