Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
•
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit.
•
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices.
•
Negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations.
•
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
•
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and tools.
Requirements
Job requirements:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
•
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
•
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
•
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
