About the role
The Administrative Support Intern will provide administrative and project support to the Business Unit President and leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to business operations, leadership, office management, and cross-functional projects while developing professional and organizational skills.
What You Need to Know:
•
Assist with scheduling and coordinating leadership meetings, including meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up items.
•
Support preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for leadership meetings and business activities.
•
Assist with research, data gathering, and organization of information for special projects.
•
Support travel coordination, meeting logistics, team events, customer visits, and other business activities.
•
Assist with office management activities, including supplies, facilities, vendors, mail, and general office organization.
•
Support the coordination of leadership lunches, meetings, and office events.
•
Assist with maintaining corporate records and other administrative documentation.
•
Utilize Microsoft Office, Teams, and AI-enabled tools to improve organization and efficiency.
•
Provide general administrative and project support to the Business Unit President and leadership team.
•
Other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
•
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
•
Junior or Senior standing preferred.
•
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
•
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•
Ability to work collaboratively and interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
•
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
•
Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities.
