Salary: $20.60/hour
Job Duties:
•
Responsible for performing the benefit/entitlement functions for conservator and minors’ estates.
•
Responsible for completing a high volume of Medicaid applications and reports each month within strict deadlines.
•
Contacts state workers in person, by phone, fax, and letters for continuing eligibility of Medicaid benefits
•
Answers and solves various issues through meetings, phone calls, e-mails, and letters from creditors, facilities, and benefit agencies pertaining to health and pension benefits
Minimum Qualifications:
•
High School diploma or the equivalent.
•
One year of experience.
•
Must have a valid Missouri Driver’s License and use personal vehicle for limited driving within Jackson County.
•
Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
