Requirements
Missouri Certified Appraiser with at least 3 years of certified appraising experience, registered with the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission and in good standing, and able to complete the Supervisor course offered by the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission. Successful applicant will supervise trainees engaging in the appraisal of real estate and ensure they satisfy the experience hours for certification to the State of Missouri.
