Work directly with business and product teams to understand complex problems and translate them into technical solutions.

Rapidly prototype, develop, integrate, and deploy production-quality applications and services.

Own solutions end-to-end, from discovery and technical design through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Work closely with stakeholders and operate near the business problem rather than functioning solely as a central engineering resource.

Integrate applications with existing APIs, platforms, data sources, and enterprise systems.

Design and develop reusable components, services, integrations, and engineering patterns that can scale across teams.

Participate across the full engineering lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in live production environments.

Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, and other technology teams to ensure enterprise standards are met.
