A leading technology organization developing advanced AI-powered design tools is conducting a paid research study with experienced senior designers.
The study aims to understand how expert designers approach complex problems, evaluate design quality, provide meaningful critique, and determine when a product or creative solution is ready to ship. Through structured and recorded remote sessions, participants will share insights into their professional decision-making, creative process, and standards of excellence.
Depending on your background and fit, you may participate either as the design expert being interviewed or as an interviewer responsible for conducting structured sessions with other design professionals.
Requirements
What to Expect
•
Approximately 4–5 hours per task or interview, including preparation and a brief post-session review.
•
Compensation: $250/hour.
•
Fully remote participation.
•
The exact scope, format, schedule, number of sessions, and compensation structure may evolve as the research program is finalized.

Sessions will focus on professional design practices, decision-making, critique, quality standards, and creative problem-solving.
