Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SWIFT Operations professional to support and oversee SWIFT-related operations within Wholesale Banking Operations. The role involves managing SWIFT message processing, driving automation and straight-through processing initiatives, supporting business continuity
arrangements, and ensuring operational excellence through strong stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Manage and oversee the timely and accurate routing of Incoming SWIFT messages, including sending messages and message screening support.
•
Partner with offshore team and technology stakeholders to ensure smooth SWIFT operations and support system parameter maintenance.
•
Act as backup support to offshore teams during business continuity events and contingency situations
•
Drive Straight-Through Processing (STP) initiatives.
•
Preparation of Business Internet Banking User ID letters and mailing to clients, and token imports
•
Perform SWIFTNet Security Officer responsibilities, including PKI security administration, SWIFT billing, and support for SWIFT-related products and services.
•
Support MEPS+MAS Liaison in industry testing, regulatory coordination, and operational activities relating to payment and messaging infrastructures.
•
Supervise operational activities, provide guidance and training to team members, and ensure adherence to operational procedures and service standards.
•
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and process exceptions.
•
Support the other teams in CAS in day-to-day processing within established SLA in compliance with regulatory laws, internal policy and procedures.
•
Partner with and communicate effectively with other functions (Middle Office, Relationship Managers, Branches) to deliver quality service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
