•
Leads, trains, and motivates a sales team to achieve company revenue targets and business goals.
•
Recruit and train sales team
•
Set sales goals, compare performance against goals and adjust goals as needed
•
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
•
Develop individual targets and assign territories to team members
•
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast
•
Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
•
Cultivating a competitive yet collaborative team environment
•
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest necessary corrective actions.
