Responsibilities include Level 1/Level 2 coverage for desktop, standard applications, video conferencing tools, IP phone systems, and user onboarding/offboarding. The incumbent will manage and support trading-related IT systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance, while delivering technical expertise to trading and operations teams in a fast-paced market environment.
