Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Solution Architect with strong expertise in business banking and partnership portfolio management. This role combines relationship management with strategic partnership development to deliver value-added solutions for business banking customers.
What you will do:

Manage and grow a portfolio of banking customers, ensuring exceptional service and tailored financial solutions.

Develop and maintain partnerships with fintechs and other strategic partners to enhance product offerings.
•
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling through partner solutions.
•
Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, risk, and product to integrate partner capabilities into banking services.
•
Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to attract and retain business clients.
•
Monitor partnership performance and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
•
Prepare reports and insights on partnership impact and customer engagement.
