Responsibilities
Key Areas of Responsibilities
•
Manage cash and bank accounts
•
Prepare regulatory reports to FSS, KOFIA and BOK, as well as ad-hoc regulatory reporting requirements
•
Prepare Net Capital Ratio(NCR) in compliance with regulatory requirements
•
Prepare quarterly review and year-end audits
•
Review expenses in accordance with group policies, including invoices, staff travel and entertainment expenses, and processing payments
•
Prepare monthly / quarterly submission of regulatory filings ( e.g. WHT,VAT,VAT proxy)
•
Prepare intercompany reconciliation and settlements
•
Maintain the fixed assets register
•
Perform daily / month-end closing activities and prepare related journal entries
•
Provide support for team and group requests, including internal audits, reporting requirements and other related initiatives
