About the Team

Key Responsibilities
•
Operationalize building a world class team.
•
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding.
•
Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
•
Own Candidate experience and coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
•
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
•
Help with onboarding tasks, including preparing offer letters, managing background checks, and assisting new hires with their onboarding process.
Required Skill Sets
