● Conduct at-home therapy consultation and sessions to reinforce treatment goals and improve child development.
● Conduct assessments using standardized speech-language evaluation tools.
● Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, communication, and oral motor skills.
● Address concerns such as articulation, fluency, language delays, speech-sound disorders, and social communication.
● Collaborate with developmental paediatricians, occupational and behavioural therapists for integrated care.
● Guide parents on home-based strategies and progress updates.
● Maintain detailed session documentation and updates in clinic EMR.
● Support therapy package discussions and parent onboarding.
