Job Description:
Team Leadership
•
Provide effective leadership to the sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
•
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
•
Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments such as sales operations & strategy, merchant happiness & Lending operations.
•
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Monitor and enforce adherence to pricing guidelines, sales policies, and contractual obligations.
Sales Planning Execution
•
Responsible for the execution of project events and daily/weekly route planning.
•
Responsible to ensure team productivity targets are met.
•
Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as sales revenue, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Merchant Relationship
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants.
•
Address merchants inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of merchant satisfaction.
•
Collaborate with the MSE & MSR to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
