Job Responsibilities:
•
Communicate daily with your team of drivers to ensure efficient operations.
•
Ensure on-time delivery for all freight shipments.
•
Collaborate with other departments to meet companywide initiatives and objectives.
•
Develop strong relationships with drivers, serving as their main point of contact for any issues they experience on the road, and supporting their professional growth within the organization.
•
Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
•
Track freight to confirm timely delivery within allotted timeframes.
