Key Responsibilities
•
Lead and participate in requirement gathering and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
•
Design and implement Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) solutions to support accounting and financial reporting requirements.
•
Configure FAH components including:
•
Accounting Hub setup
•
Transaction objects
•
Accounting transformations
•
Journal line rules
•
Mapping sets
•
Account derivation rules
•
Supporting references
•
Subledger Accounting (SLA) configurations
•
Work closely with technical teams for interface design, data mapping, integrations, and custom development activities.
•
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment and compliance with business requirements.
•
Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support defect resolution.
•
Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and deployment documentation.
•
Support deployment activities and provide hypercare support during production stabilization.
•
Coordinate effectively with offshore and onshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.
•
Participate in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
•
Support knowledge transfer and mentor junior team members when required.
Required Skills & Experience
Oracle Expertise
•
5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations/support.
•
3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
