Our brick-and-mortar location in Southlake Town Square in Southlake, Texas, is looking for a hardworking, personable, and goal-oriented Full-Time Key Holder to join our team.

Responsibilities
•
Live out our mission: “Our goal is to make people’s day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!”
•
Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and revenue goals.
•
Drive sales through personalized service, outfit building, and suggestive selling to maximize average order value and overall revenue.
•
Monitor product sell-through, maintain strong merchandising standards, and replenish the sales floor as needed.
•
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store that reflects The Normal Brand’s standards.
•
Educate and train team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.
•
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in executing store initiatives, achieving business goals, and maintaining operational excellence.
•
Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment through clear and professional communication.
•
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
•
Ensure the store is properly secured by following all opening, closing, and security procedures.
•
Take ownership of daily store operations and help ensure the team is consistently delivering on The Normal Brand’s expectations.
