About the role
EMEA Events and Executive Briefing Center Program Intern/Apprentice
To accompany its exponential growth, Fortinet is seeking an Executive Briefing Center apprentice who will report into the EMEA EBC Manager who supports the EMEA Event Strategy across the EMEA Region.
The position will be part of the EMEA Events Marketing organization and will report to the EBC Program Manager who reports to the Snr Director of EMEA Events. This role requires to work closely with the field marketing, solutions marketing, brand/creative and sales teams.
The position will be based in Sophia Antipolis (France).
Responsibilities

Executive Briefing Center
Support the EBC Program Manager where necessary in the management and co-ordination of EBC programs via the following tasks;
•
Logistics: a good understanding of audiovisual equipment, liaise with reception team for meeting room booking, manage the customers transportation planning between airport to office and hotels to office, support on administrative tasks such as creating the visa letter invitations for internal team customers when needed
•
Briefing Source: review and filter every single new EBC request by making sure it is clearly completed based on requirements, communicate any alert to EBC Program Manager if needed, create monthly report directly from the platform
•
3rd party provider coordination and platform management: Work along with taxi companies to provide full planning for each EBC visit, same for hotel booking, liaise with the reception teams to offer our corporate rate to customers, same for restaurant booking. Update the Swoogo EBC dedicated webpage for customers prior and after their visit to ease their experience
•
Provide reports on EBC status incl. SFDC follow-up to support EBC ROI – leads upload, internal and external survey updates
•
Assist on the promotion of the EBC strategy to drive usage via marketing programs internally and position the EBC as a strategic sales tool within the organization under the guidance of the EBC Program Manager specifically responsible for the uploading of marketing materials for the EBC program and Events into Fuse and to own and understand the back-office management.
