About the role
You’ll join the onsite side of SEO - covering strategy, technical SEO, and e-commerce/marketplace/hub optimization - working closely with our offsite team (link acquisition, publications, content collaboration). Our culture is built on high ownership, autonomy and proactive, transparent communication - it’s a hard requirement here, not a nice-to-have.
This role owns SEO automations with the mandate to build programs from scratch and set the long-term direction, not just maintain what already exists.
Responsibilities
•
Identify repetitive, manual SEO workflows and automate them end-to-end
•
Build and maintain scripts, data pipelines and internal tools (Python/JS, APIs, GitLab)
•
Design and run AI/LLM & agentic workflows for content, QA, internal linking and AI-visibility - with quality control at scale
•
Build programmatic and technical SEO systems (template/feed-driven pages, structured data, crawl & indexation health)
•
Pull and model SEO/traffic data (DataForSEO, SimilarWeb, GSC, Mixpanel, Databricks) into usable outputs
•
Partner with SEO specialists, content and engineering/product to ship and integrate automations
•
Measure impact, iterate and document/hand off tooling for the team
Requirements
