Task Responsibilities:
•
Provide level 1 and 2 support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, handling incidents, and service requests
•
Monitor the system and report or resolve basic issues in a timely manner
•
Support integrations by checking data flows and helping to troubleshoot errors
•
Assist in Oracle releases (testing, validation, and basic analysis of changes)
•
Support change requests by helping with configuration, testing, and documentation
•
Work with HR and IT teams to understand issues and support improvements
•
Help maintain data quality and ensure system accuracy
•
Create and update basic documentation and user guides
•
Support users by answering questions and providing guidance
•
Participate in testing activities and support ongoing system improvements
Essential Requirements For The Position:
•
