About the role
The Water Dispenser Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Bottleless Water Dispensers. Based in Quezon City, the Water Dispenser Technician will work with the Operations Team to ensure that dispensers deployed to clients and other stakeholders are in proper working condition.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
•
Installation & Testing: Safely deliver, install, and test water dispensers (including water purifiers and filtration systems) on client sites.
•
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular cleaning, sanitization, and filter replacement on scheduled visits.
•
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with units (e.g., faulty thermostats, water leaks, heating/cooling failures) and perform necessary repairs.
•
Customer Education: Teach clients how to properly use, maintain, and troubleshoot basic issues with their dispensers.
•
Documentation: Fill out service reports, job orders, and inventory logs accurately.
•
Parts Management: Monitor parts inventory and request necessary replacements or tools.
