Job Description
Visa’s Stablecoin team is building cutting edge onchain infrastructure to change the way money moves. While onchain solutions started as niche and speculative, they are now transforming the way money moves across all financial ecosystem participants.
Visa is at the forefront of that transition. We are rapidly expanding our stablecoin infrastructure to enhance our network and develop solutions for our partners around the globe. Visa brings trust, scale, and security to the rapidly evolving onchain ecosystem, creating the opportunity for generational impact in payments and beyond.
As a Manager on the Stablecoin team, you will be at the leading edge of Visa’s innovation. The problems you will solve on our team are some of the highest stakes, challenging questions Visa faces. Our team is dedicated to defining Visa’s stablecoin strategy, building the products that bring that vision to life, and scaling those products around the world. In this role you will develop a toolkit in three domains: defining executive strategy, developing and designing product solutions, and creating practical commercial opportunities for Visa.
Our team is built with an apprenticeship-based culture, rigorously investing in the cultivation of exceptional talent. In this role, you will embark on an experience that serves as the foundation for a lasting career at Visa. Our team is designed for you to receive regular coaching, develop a board network across Visa, and tackle the most difficult and pressing strategic and operational topics at Visa. Situated within Visa’s Growth Products and Partnerships organization, over time, you can continue to grow within the Stablecoin team or move to other product and partnerships groups within the broader organization.
