What You’ll Do
As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in building a high-performing sales team and driving dealership success across our CDJR and Volkswagen operations. You will:
•
Lead, hire, motivate, mentor, and develop the New and Used Vehicle Sales team
•
Drive sales volume while maintaining profitability on new and pre-owned vehicles
•
Build strong customer relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
•
Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results
•
Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience
•
Partner with dealership leadership to achieve sales, gross profit, and operational objectives
•
Lead by example and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and success
