About the role
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Apache Kafka and messaging systems to join our team and help develop and improve our infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll work with cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring system reliability, performance, and stability.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, takes ownership of technical challenges, and can independently identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
•
Design, build, configure, and maintain Kafka clusters and messaging infrastructure
•
Manage and improve existing DevOps infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments
•
Identify weaknesses and bottlenecks in the current infrastructure and implement improvements
•
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure and messaging services
•
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operations using Terraform and Kubernetes
•
Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems
•
Collaborate with development teams on Kafka topic design, schema management, and connectors
•
Design and maintain backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions for streaming infrastructure
•
Troubleshoot production issues, investigate incidents, and improve system stability
Requirements:
•
5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer
•
Strong production experience with Apache Kafka and message brokers such as RabbitMQ or RocketMQ
•

•
