Lead and manage the full tendering process, including pre-qualification, commercial, and technical submissions.

Develop and standardise tender procedures, pricing formats, schedules of rates, and technical data to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Review cost estimates, conduct risk assessments, perform price analysis, and apply value engineering to ensure competitive and accurate tenders.
•
Coordinate and chair tender meetings, preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations for management decision-making.
•
Attend tender interviews, participate in site show rounds, and negotiate with clients until the contract is awarded.
•
Liaise with consultants, clients, quantity surveyors (QS), and project teams to review design briefs and tender specifications, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Prepare tender budgets upon award and facilitate project handover and kick-off meetings to ensure smooth project initiation.
•
Manage tender queries and ensure the timely preparation and submission of clarifications to address client and stakeholder concerns.
•
Monitor market trends, track upcoming tenders, and analyse benchmarking data to maintain competitiveness and strategic positioning.
•
Conduct post-tender and post-contract reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in tendering processes.
•
Provide guidance and training to junior staff on tendering procedures, cost control, and contract administration to build team capability.
•
Maintain strong client relationships and actively support business development initiatives to foster growth and repeat business.
•
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organisational objectives.
