Responsibilities
•
Post roles, screen applications, and schedule interviews for intern and junior hires
•
Help run technician and retail hiring at volume - sourcing, coordinating interviews, collecting documents, onboarding new joiners
•
Build and maintain various reports in Google Sheets/Excel
•
Keep candidate records and trackers clean, and flag process gaps you spot
•
Assist the HR Operations team on process improvements
Requirements
•
Currently pursuing a relevant diploma/degree in Business, HR, Operations
•
Organised and reliable with the ability to juggle multiple candidates without dropping details
•
Clear, warm communicator, ability to handle candidates professionally
•
Proactive attitude, asks questions and suggests better ways of doing things
•
Confident with Google Sheets/Excel — filtering, sorting, basic formulas (or a fast learner)
