Job Responsibilities
•
Prepare monthly journals and schedules for review, including preparation of monthly accounting entries
•
Prepare and analysis of monthly PL variance commentary
•
Prepare tenant recovery and expenses forecasting and budgeting
•
Assist/perform in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reporting to management
•
Work closely with business units to follow up on any operational and capex matter
•
Work closely with other departments to follow up on any inter-department/ inter-companies transactions
•
Assist weekly audit and review SOP
•
Any other ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
•
