Operate Production Equipment Safely: I will operate manual and automated machines according to established procedures, ensuring products meet required specifications while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Maintain High Quality Standards: I will follow standard work instructions, perform quality inspections, identify defects, and control non-conforming materials to ensure products meet customer expectations and company standards.

Achieve Production Goals: I will consistently meet production targets and required cycle times while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.

Promote Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibility: I will follow all HSE policies, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, report hazards and incidents promptly, and take action to correct unsafe conditions within my capabilities.

Maintain Equipment and Workplace Organization: I will keep my work area clean and organized, perform routine machine cleaning and operator maintenance, and communicate equipment issues to the appropriate support teams to minimize downtime.
•
Strengthen Teamwork and Communication: I will work collaboratively with coworkers, skilled trades, and support staff to address production challenges, share information, and ensure daily manufacturing objectives are achieved.
•
Support Continuous Improvement: I will actively identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and material flow while raising concerns that could lead to unnecessary costs, defects, or delays.

Demonstrate Flexibility and Commitment to Growth: I will complete required training, develop my manufacturing skills, adapt to changing production needs, and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team success and overall business goals.
